Cancellation Policy
● In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred to a new date(s) with at least forty eight hours (48hrs) notice. ● All invoice payments once received (in full) are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions. If client is unable to reschedule, the company shall provide a refund. ● Cancellations within forty eight hours (48hrs) of the scheduled service are non-refundable if paid in full. ● No-shows or late attendance are non-refundable.
