The Green Grotto Caves are a lahyrinth of limestone caves located in Falmouth, between the resort towns of Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. Once used as shelter by the native Arawak Indians, the caves have since been employed as a hiding place for smugglers and runaway enslaved people, before serving as the site of a nightclub. Now they're a Jamaican attraction you can tour in the company of a local guide.
Cancellation Policy
By booking any tour or transportation service with Epic Island Tours Ja, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payment • A deposit of 30% is required for excursions/tours booked to save date(s). Balance (cash) is due upon tour pickup. • All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received. • Full payment must be made twenty-four hours (24hrs) before the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Accepted payment methods include [credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, cash, etc.]. • Group bookings or custom/private tours may require a deposit and signed agreement. 2. Cancellations & Refund Policy • Client Cancellations: • Cancellations made within twenty-four hours (24hrs) of the scheduled service are non-refundable. • No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. • Company Cancellations: • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns
